Not a week goes by that I dont spend at least two hours swimming. I guess it's because I enjoy swimming and feel at peace when I swim. I usually swim on weekend or weekday early mornings.If there is a weekday holiday, then I go hiking with my family.My typical routine involves swimming two hours on weekend afternoons. Most of the times, the pool is quite crowded with swimmers of all ages.

It's unusual to find the swimming area empty and the surrounding area is noisy due to many people. 

Even so, I am able to swim laps and try not to be influenced by others.I usually do five laps using the freestyle stroke and then ten laps of the butterfly stroke. This gives me good workout and help me to maintain a healthy body.

I think swimming is not only enjoyable, but it's also very usueful sikll.

Because if we're drowning on the beach or in a valley, swimming is an essential skill.

I personally think that this is a skill that every single person should leran.
